THE PEOPLES' CHOICE AWARD ...!
What excitement that my wolf painting, "SNOW PRINCE", won two ribbons:- the coveted "Peoples' Choice" as well as an Honorable Mention!
There were over 100 outstanding pastel paintings in this July 2015 annual "Passion For Pastels" award show...

Inviting you to experience Pastel Society of the Gold Coast's wonderful "Passion For Pastels 2015" show, an art benefit for non-profit Camarillo Hospice, from 11:00-5:00 Monday thru Saturdays, July 1 to 25th at the Thousand Oaks Community Gallery, 2331 Borchard Road, Newbury Park CA.
Our "artwork meets heartwork" reception will take place Sunday, July 12th from 1-3 p.m. My wildlife portraits will be among the many fine art landscapes & outstandingly beautiful pastel paintings by our elite group of thirty professional artists gleaned from southern California's Gold Coast, i.e., Long Beach to Maricopa.
We look forward to welcoming you! ...Who knows, you may even go home with an original painting won in our charitable drawing that afternoon!
